Known as "The Bitey Shark", Chris started her career in Process Service in 2015 after moving to East Tennessee. It didn't take Chris long to realize that to many Process Servers, serving Civil Warrants was just an exercise to complete quickly and move on to the next one for the sake of making a quick buck. The idea that service done in that manner could derail a client's whole life distressed Chris and Smoky Mountain Process & Legal Services was born. Commitment to the extra mile doesn't end with Service of Process, but with every service Smoky Mountain offers. Living and working under the mantras of the legendary Tennessee Women's Basketball Coach Pat Summitt, and Famed Alabama Crimson Tide Coach Nick Saban, excellence isn't a tag line, it's a way of life.
